mixed feelings about this place
live music noisy villa
the breakfast was acceptable.. especially the wide variety of products.
i booked this place weeks in advance. i was then allocated the villa closest to the barwith live music until after 10pm. the windows did not close properly, and the noise was very distracting.

the breakfast was fabulous and offers many choices. our classic double or twin room was spacious and clean. the pool area always had beds available for relaxation.

i stayed in a classic DOUBLE or twin room. breakfast HAD many options. the staff were kind and cute ALL the time.
the gym wasnt clean. some equipment DIDNT work properly.

The suite was very spacious. The room included a basket for pool towels. I found it a sweet touch. Staff were always super friendly and helpful. I could contact the hotel with any questions.

Quiet Getaway with minor drawbacks
shuttle bus well-kept gardens relaxation space
The shuttle bus into town was very useful because it allowed easy access to the beach and local attractions. I appreciated the well kept common areas (like the large pool and gardens). There were many areas to relax and sunbathe, offering plenty of space to unwind.
The gym was a disappointment because it lacked equipment. The one cardio machine available was not working. This limited my ability to maintain my workout routine .

The staff provided good service. They ensured all areas were clean. Breakfast was delicious (i enjoyed the variety). Mini golf and tennis facilities are available on site.

The suite was very large and included a balcony. The beds were big and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and suited our needs.

limited snacks surly staff
The grounds appear beautiful and maintained well.
The hotel advertised three pools, but it only has one saltwater pool plus a small paddling pool. The description also mentioned a restaurant and internal bar, but both were closed permanently. The pool bar had a poor selection of snacks and the evening buffet seemed overpriced.

Absolutely fantastic stay
fine grounds beautiful scenery
The grounds were fine with beautiful scenery. I really liked the environmental incentive. It gave a discount voucher for a drink every day you didn't have the room cleaned. The hotel was immaculate and the staff provided extra towels and water upon request.
The hotel lacked variety in food options. I couldn't eat there every night. A wider selection would greatly improve the dining experience. (Otherwise, it was really nice!)

The pools and gym provided good facilities. There was no on site shop (i had to go into town for odd things). The hotel catered well for a large wedding party and group.

This hotel is in a quiet area. It is easily accessible to resorts in an Uber, own car or the hotel's shuttle bus. The location provided a peaceful and stress free holiday.

The rooms were clean and offered everything i needed. The bed was comfortable (i slept like a log!). Lovely views were visible from the bedroom.
